● Day 1: Fundamentals & Planning: The first day focuses on introductions to the audit process, the fundamentals of the IATF 16949:2016 QMS, and Core Tools. It then transitions into documented information requirements and concludes with comprehensive Audit Planning (Criteria, Scope, and Flow).
● Day 2: Execution & Reporting: The second day shifts to Audit Execution, covering the Audit Plan, Turtle Diagrams, and Checklists, complete with a practical application workshop. Participants will then learn to audit Customer Specific Requirements and Core Tools before concluding with Audit Reporting, Audit Follow-Up, and a Post Assessment.

● Total Duration: This is a 14-hour course run over 2 days.
● Schedule: Sessions are scheduled from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day, with designated times for morning breaks, lunch, and afternoon breaks.
