2. Understand ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 Requirements
3. Understand the concept of Risk Based Thinking

1. Risk based thinking

Context of organization, differences of risk based thinking with preventive action, relevance with risk management process

1. Clause 4: Context of Organization

Understanding the organization and its context; needs and expectations of interested parties; scope of the system; processes of the EMS / OHSMS

1. Clause 5: Leadership

Leadership and commitment; policy; organizational roles, responsibilities and authorities

1. Clause 6: Planning

Actions to address risks and opportunities; quality objectives and; planning of changes

1. Clause 7: Support

Resources; competence; awareness; communication; documented information

1. Clause 8: Operation

Operational planning and control; emergency preparedness and response

1. Clause 9: Performance Evaluation

Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation; compliance obligation, internal audit; management review

1. Clause 10: Improvement

Nonconformity and corrective action; continual improvement
