Control Plan
Objectives
This course aims to provide delegates with the following knowledge :
- Understand the purpose and scope of a Control Plan in the context of AIAG Core Tools.
- Identify and define the key elements of an AIAG Control Plan,
- Differentiate between the types of Control Plans: Prototype, Pre-Launch, Safe Launch and Production.
- Develop and maintain a Control Plan that aligns with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and supports continuous improvement.
- Integrate the Control Plan with other quality tools such as Process Flow Diagrams and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Duration
This is a 7-hour course run over 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
